I just did my first day in the studio. It was what I expected. I still need to know my surroundings and know that I am there to learn. I am happy that my mentor and I click artisticly he understands my musical vision and is encouraging and isn't taking it as another student, in my opinion. I can't believe he actually wants to work on some of my songs I have showed him. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity I have right now. He wants to know how I am recording my songs at the moment, I am sure he'll give me good tips on how to record better. I enjoy that he is already trying to work on music with me as I wouldve thought that wouldve been much further down the line. Well, we'll see how the second day goes.
