     It's been a while, yes I know.  Let's keep in mind that I"m medically retired, and for good reason.  Now, with that being said,  I did very well in this chapter.  The mix assignment was so much fun to work on.  I had to listen to each track and decide which ones I wanted to put an EQ plug-in on.  An edited soloed track might sound great on it's own, but when combined with the other tracks, hmm...not so much.  So far I have an electronic song that has gained some edgy guitar riffs.  You know what?  I like it!  It just adds something awesome to the song.  It's so cool how you can take a flat song, add some EQ, and you've got some magic going on.  And just think, I'm not even done yet!  For the next assignment, I'll be adding compression.
