This chapter touched on something thats pretty much something that every audio engineer should know. MIDI is very important in all types of music. All these virtual instruments and patches have endless possibilities when it comes to producing a song. With MIDI you can plug in a keyboard and record that way. It makes things easier because you can manually move around certain notes if your not happy with a certain part.
