It's been a while since I've posted something. I've been caught up with my personal life, including work, so I keep forgetting to make one of these blog posts. My classes have been great and have lasted at a minimum hour and a half. I've worked with one of Damien's old students in the past couple of months, worked with two rock bands, mixed a country artist, helped on his radio voice-overs/sessions, and we've been trying to get a record label up and running! Recently, Damien even gave me my own client, whom is a young college student and very talented. Needless to say that Damien has taught me so much about how the business works and how stressful, yet fun it can be. He's only been able to go over a few lessons with me, but has answered any questions I have about the topics. We're both busy and sometimes he just wants me to learn with personal experience, rather than by the books. Hopefully we'll get to some more lesson review, but I'm definitely enjoying it. I have another class tomorrow, so we'll see what happens!
