I've completed the chapter 18 quiz on Acoustics and Monitoring. Lots of useful information in this chapter, I was glad to learn the terms for and become more familiar with the uses of some of the diffusers/absorbers/traps I've seen, as well as some I hadn't.

Recently at the studio, we had another session with pedal steel and guitar; this session was for laying accompaniment to 3 songs Randy had arranged for a client. I really value the opportunity to learn from different musicians, as well as the opportunity to record them and watch Randy produce the session. Excellent, informative experience, for sure!
