The Sinewave assignment from chapter 10 was such a neat project. I am the type of person that wants to know why or how; so when it comes to starting from something as small as a sinewave and creating actual sounds that are pleasing to the ear, I'm in. 

I was actually quite amazed with what I was able to come up with based on where I started. I will definitely be spending some more time on sound creation, the techniques that were shown in the video opened up the door for me to alter and morph some of the sounds I already have in my DAW.

This project also got my mentor's attention, he and I are going to complete the project again on our own at the studio to see what we can come up with. He doesnt get to create as much as he would like anymore since he runs the studio, so creative lessons that actually invlove some music creation are some of my favorites.
