i havnt blogged in a few weeks so let me catch everyone up. I have been learning a lot about the basics of sound and makes sound and what has to happen to change an analog sound into digital to record it and back into analog so we can hear it. I have been focusing on key terms and lots about microphones. I have learned the difference between a dynamic mic and condenser mic and when to use phantom power and when not to. At the start of every lesson we do a review and walk around the studio and say what eveything is from the different types of instruments to different cords to different types of microphones. Every week i go into the studio i get more and more excited and cant wait for my next lesson. Til next time keep your head up, your feet down, and your eyes on the future !
