Last week I was involved in a session with my mentor Anthony was doing with two gentlemen that did vocals for a spanish/salsa goup. We did last minute adjustments and re-recorded some vocal tracks. My mentor let me run the consol and after we were done tracking the vocals we had to export the tracks so the two gentlemen could take the audio files to another studio to be mixed and masterd. When we were done Anthony had to get guitar amps set up for an evening session so while he did that he let me export all the audio tracks onto the assigned audio files all on my own. It was really cool to know that my mentor trusted me enough to do some of theses things on my own without him there and know that i would do it right. It all came out great.
