Already I can tell this is a much better way to learn than the traditional college or youtube videos I've been perusing through. Super excited!! So, as far as gear goes, I'm starting with a Focusrite Liquid Saffire 56, Mesa rectifier recording preamp, sennheiser 902, 614, sm57, solomon lo-freq mic, maple gretsch kit, gms revolution snare, mapex blaster snare, saluda cymbals, sabian cymbals, dw 9000 hat stand and double pedal. I've been working with reaper and logic, soon that'll change to pro tools once that comes in from Recording Connection. All in all I'm excited to use what I have/know and get better and better!! Let's do it!
