Today We went over how you set up a session in PT.  Geoff first went over how you set up a template in PT.  You never want to record on to your template.   Once you have your template set up the way you want it,  you save that template and then open a new session in that templates format and record on to that.  In the template set up you will have the option to add as many tracks as you need ie; audio , instrument, or midi.  You will also be able to set up your bit depth and frequency response which is typically at 44.1 K and 16bits, or there are several other options you can choose from up to 96K. Once  you have everything optimized you can start recording!  I have also been working in Denver at WMD for a month or so and it is amazing!  I've been learning how to sauder, wash circuit boards, and build up the pedals from the ground up. Here soon I will learn how to program and test the devices!  I am currently still saving for my mac book and monitors.
