Artists and Mangers are responsible for the proffesional careers of recording artists in the entertainment business. Managing schedules, negotiating deals, setting collaborations for recording sessions, social media pages/website etc... WIth all the platforms via internet artists dont need labels in order to get their music out and build a fanbase. Managers are more concerned with building a brand for their artist.
