Chapter 13 this chapter went in depth a lot more than I was expected. I went through the chapter but I was still unsure about EQ. At the end I took the quiz and I did ok I only missed one but I still was not sure exactly what EQ was. So I went into the studio and Tyler and Alex broke it down for me which helped so much. They dumbed it down for me. Then Tyler pulled up a recording for me and let me play with it. On the board I panned the guitars to different sides. Adjusted the volume to each channel. I also played with EQ, I went to the bass and added a little EQ to take the higher frequencies out and make it deeper. I added a couple mote EQ to a few more channel them it was time to bounce. Alex asked is I wanted to bounce just from protools or to the two-inch tape machine. Of course I had to pick the tape machine, Alex joked around saying I was probable the first recording connection student to have their first mix on tape. Once I left I had a better grip on EQ so I went straight to my computer and added some EQ to my mix theory assignment.
