My first week with Joe my mentor at Miller St. Studios was amazing, The first day I came we jumped right into Pro Tools & Talked about the "Quick Keys" for quickly moving around Pro Tools, Then we talked EQ for all the different instruments going into the song & the vocals aswell. Joe also showed me everything vocals signal through before reaching the control room of his studio! The second day with Joe at Miller St. was even better! Joe introduced me too an upcoming Chicago hip-hop artist & We helped him record 4 different songs for his upcoming mixtape, After finishing up with the first artist instantly another artist was at the door for studio time & we also helped him record some songs, He brought in some nice ladies & They sang so wonderful ive never experienced firsthand someone sing on a track so that was deffinately new for me but dope!
