I just wanna start of saying that this is one of my favorite parts of Audio Engineering. I say that because this is where the creavity of an artist and engineer can make or break a record. Every engineer likes to feel as if there putting there personal stamp on a track when it comes to dynamic processing. When it comes to Dynamic processing I look at it as a engineer's special sauce and depending on the ingredients used in that special sauce determines how well it turns out.
