Today at the studio i got to sot in on a recording Devon was working on. I don't remember the bands name but they were very good. great music combination, it was like dubstep but with some horns. Very cool. The recording took about 3 hours but lucky they had most of there song done awhile back so they just had to add some horn sounds here and there. I got to see how the recording process really works. Very, very interesting. After the recording session I  helped Devon put all the recording microphones up and then we went over the digital audio test. Ill be very honest i really didn't expect to do well on the test but surprisingly i did. Awesome! We talked about the different types of hardware he uses and how they work with pro tools. I'm really glad he let me sit in on this recording. it showed me allot to look forward too. Cant wait for my next lesson. Cool stuff man.
