This chapter was VERY informative when it came to terminology used for understanding the pysics of sound. Everything i read was so interesting because around when i first started to produce music i remember my rooms setup was in a cramped spot all bunched up in the corner of my room where so many sonic anamolies occurred. I didnt realise at first until my mastering engineer started to pick at my mixes. I then began to test my music on numerous kinds of mediums. Such as my car, home studio, theatre speakers, phone speakers, laptop speakers,  headphones and so forth. Getting an idea of what your mix sounds like on different speakers is very important. Just as important as listening to your music in different styles of rooms. Having a reference is always key to improving your skills.
