Michael HeldPhiladelphia Recording Connection

Recently I learned the basics of a digital audio workstation and how sound waves are represented on a computer. I have learned the various forms of digital audio formats and how they effect the audio.  I have also learned about sampling rate, quantization, and the Nyquist theroem.  I am starting to become a little more comfortable with everything.  I am not as overwhelmed as I was at the beginning even though the information just keeps coming.  I find it all fascinating and I'm excited to learn more.  I am really eager to hopefully get a little more hands on with some of the hardware and software in the studio in the near future.
