Though I am not a parent, I understand that when someone brings a child into the world that child is considered the most beautiful to that parent...inspite of what anyone else may say!  I feel that way about my mixes!  After laboring over a mix for hours to get it just right, I feel like I have put forth the world's greatest masterpiece!  It's easy to get oversensitive when someone offers a suggestion, but it is important to listen!  They may have something constructive to say that may make a good mix amazing!  A good and kind second set of ears is can be very helpful in the world of mixing and recording!
