Steve showed me with one instance of Kontact Plug-In open, I can assign 16 midi channels to 16 different midi triggered sounds within Kontact. So I can have 16 different midi data triggering 16 different instruments in Kontact! I made the mistake at the beginning having a lot of Kontact instances open killing my CPU. But, now I can use one for up to 16 different sounds! Looking forward to doing this a lot more!! I'm learning Ableton at the same time as relearning Pro Tools, so that I can go back and forth between the two programs and use midi controllers. Fun stuff!
