For this week, I was able to learn about the wonderful world of digital and analog audio, and how it vibrations are translated into a way the computer can understand. It was all very interesting to learn, and my mentor showed me all the various machines that make all this digital translation possible. I was also able to assist with more Pro Tools sessions as well as observe basic mic placement when it comes to recording vocals.
