Reverb is beautiful. Let me say that again, reverb is beautiful! I had no idea the theory behind it or anything. All I knew is that it makes recordings sound incredible!! For example I had no idea the three parts to a reverb plug in. Such as the direct signal, the early reflections, and the reverberation itself. I also never fully understood the difference between delay and reverb. Also, it’s pretty awesome to know that you can hear to discreet delays 30 to 40ms. Anything greater than that and it starts to blur together and it becomes more of a sound effect, rather than two distinct sounds.
