Well so far in chapter 1. Basic Audio Engineering I have learned a lot of different things about sound itself. Its crazy to think about all the science behind music. I have learned so much but yet have barely touched the surface. It has made me understand so much about waveforms, amplitude, and frequency and a whole lot of other things as well. I learned a lot about the ear. And how vibrations and air molecules work to create the actual sound you hear. I am enjoying my mentor Mark Sinko he seems to be very well educated and definatly has lots of experience and i think he can get me where i need to be to further my career and take it as far as i want to. The things i don't understand completly he does an excellent job at breaking down and simplifying it. I got to look at all the different microphones in the studio along with other equipment. i cant wait to get my hands on all of it and start actually producing!
