I learned how to set up you playback engine and many other settings that are important in a session. I also learned how latency can cause problems and how to fix them. I learned how I/O settings are important and learned about preferences in Pro Tools. In the studio we went over the things in the chapter and we also worked on mixing a song by a band named EHR. We went over some things with compression and EQ and I also learned how to use an analog compressor by sending it out to a Focusrite.
