This chapter started off my showing me how to install Pro Tools. It went over the whole installation process which took me a few hours but luckily it worked properly once everything was done. I then went over some of the basics that are in the setup menu like the playback engine, I/O setup and preference menu. Chapter 9 also went through Pro Tools edit & mix windows and the different tools you can use. There was a lot of videos that showed examples of how they worked and when to use them which helped out. The studio lesson was all about going over these and putting them to use.
