I am a 47 year old guy who found the need to pursue a career that didn't beat up his body like groundskeeping has done in the past.  I have been a music-loving button-pushing new-tech fanatic my entire life and I have operated soundboards for live reinforcement as an amateur for a number of years. I have decided that I want to really get in and learn the nitty-gritty of sound engineering and recording and am looking forward to all that I am going to learn and all the people I am going to meet.
