So while I am doing fairly well on the chapter tests I still want to know the material enough that I don't miss any. Gonna have to study more. Ken showed me a piece of mic cable yesterday and explained the various parts that make the whole. He also talked about Class A discrete components as opposed to chip components that incorporate more functions in a circuit. He talked about how in his analog recorder, which has modular boards to ease component replacement, that the 24v gave more headspace than the 18v in other pieces of equipment, and how in todays manufacturing, companies are even going up to 120v to increase that headspace more.
