This past month has been completely mind blowing to me, so many things have changed in such a short period of time. When I was younger i always dreamed of being the producer everyone talks about you know making tracks that make the Billboard Top 10, make appearances on MTV, radio interviews, etc,. I want to become someone that people are gonna think about when it comes to the music industry forever. As I got older i would make jokes and pretend i was a big name star but it never filled my thirst for stardom. So around 2 months ago i decided it was time to do something different, i got tired of trying to master the art of producing through blogs and youtube and searched for someone who could set me on the right path. This being said i was more than grateful when i stumbled upon the recording connection, it was a dream come true. It was almost unreal when i made plans to head up to spokane and meet my mentor Jimmy, he managed to answer many of the questions that had me stuck in just a two hour tour and theres plenty to come in the next 6 months. Finishing Basic Audio Engineering opened my eyes alot about how the logic of sound works and got me much more confident about realizing my goal.
