In this lesson I learned about EQ. I loved learning the history of why EQ was invented. The main reason why EQ was invented was because of our telegraphs/telephones. Back in the day when we tried to use morse code or talk on the phone, it would either take too long or the sounds (words we were trying to say) wouldn't come out clear enough. With a little EQ and change of capacitance of the cables, engineer's were able to make sound travel faster, long distance phone calls possible, and sound better.
