In this lesson I learned about acoustics and monitoring. Once again I loved learning the history on how people like Isaac Newtion, Aristotle, Pythagoras, etc. figured out how sound works. I also learned that it is very important to keep in mind if the room your recording/mixing in is a good room to be doing it in. You want to make sure that the sound will travel around different places in the room and not just go back and forth between the same two walls. That way you dont get too much low end or high end in your mixes. In other words, it would be best not to record in a room with parallel walls.
