The journey continues! Things have been going great at Trench Recordings, i have been learning lots being in the control room, watching, listening, trying to pick up on everything. Its really something to see a given artist and Lionel discussing a beat, an effect, or what have you, and the going back and forth. Ive noticed every single artist, engineer, producer, etc. ive come across thus far are all very professional and have all been happy to help me out with answering questions, i tend to usually have a couple.
We recently recorded a band of musicians who were playing the blues. (They did not go by an official band name.) It was cool watching the drummer Lewis and all the differences as far as drumming style compared to say rock and roll. We also just this past Monday recorded some vocals with Rowan, who hails from the UK but is looking to record here in Canada more so if possible.
