Sat in on an R&B vocal session with over 50 layers of vocal recording and mixing so was able to see an extensive mixing/editing process in which i learned a lot. Also jumped into Pro Tools this week with my mentor. I already have a basic understanding from working in tit previously but am excited to really did deep in the program and get comfortable in it. I run my drum kit and midi through Pro Tools at home so i am eager to learn new techniques and also how to properly record instruments/vocals I dont have the oppurtunity to at home. Me and my mentor also went through his Studer console again and I am starting to feel confident in my ability to use it effeciently.
